Client Survey Highlights

At Whyatt Pakeman Partners, we are committed to helping businesses and individuals achieve greater success through our forward-thinking, innovative approach and tailored services.

To ensure we are delivering the best possible service, we recently carried out a satisfaction survey with our clients. While we were seeking to highlight any areas that could be improved, the team at Whyatt Pakeman Partners was pleased with the results, which were overwhelmingly positive.

The survey considered why participants initially engaged us, and then went on to analyse the perceived quality of various aspects of our services.

For 29 percent of those who responded, we are the first firm of chartered accountants they have used. Out of those who had used another firm previously, 62 percent came to Whyatt Pakeman Partners as they were dissatisfied with the service provided and costs charged by their previous accountant, while others switched because their accountant retired or became ill.

Clients were then asked to rate various aspects of our service on a scale where one represented poor and five excellent. Amongst the features examined were calls, delivery, competence, efficiency and how well clients were kept up to date with changes in legislation. All of these scored more than four on the scale, with the courtesy of telephone responses and competence within the team receiving 4.8 and 4.7 respectively.

At Whyatt Pakeman Partners, we are always delighted when new clients start working with us following a positive referral from an existing client. Therefore, we were pleased to learn that over half (54 percent) the respondents had already referred someone else to us. Of the respondents that didn’t, 77 percent indicated that this was because they had not yet had a chance to do so.

Another achievement was that over two-thirds (68 percent) of respondents didn’t feel that the way in which the team at Whyatt Pakeman Partners worked with them could be improved.

Comments from clients described the firm as “friendly, fair and professional”, “a very supportive organisation” and “very trustworthy, very diligent and pleasant to work with”. Clients also commented on the closeness of their working relationship, portraying Whyatt Pakeman Partners as “an invaluable part of the business”, “very much part of the team” and “having an in-depth knowledge of the business”.

We will now be considering the results in more detail to ensure that any necessary measures can be put in place in order to offer the best experience for all our clients.

Finally, we would like to thank all the clients who participated in the survey for taking the time to provide such valuable feedback. We look forward to continuing to work with you for many years to come.
