Inc. initially retained WPP in mid 2001 to help set up the accounts for our newly-formed UK subsidiary, maintain the general ledger and cash payments process, and then transition the day-to-day accounting to a newly hired local accountant at the appropriate time. We interviewed several different accounting firms prior to selecting WPP. At the time that I made the selection, the thing that impressed me the most was the perceived professionalism, and flexibility of their management team to assess our needs and to adjust the project in a manner that would best fit our requirements.
